Education and Training The Education and Training Series of the Institute strives to assist small businesses, especially those businesses involved with minority and low wealth communities. By working with local organizations servicing minority and low-wealth communities, a strategic alliance is developed which helps to empower these communities by providing entrepreneurs with the tools needed to create and maintain successful companies. By using these tools, entrepreneurs will be able to:   - Create jobs   - Stabilize their companies,   - Generate sustainable profits,   - Strategic plan for future growth,   - Enhance their companies' infrastructure; and,   - Contribute in the economic development of their communities. Programs in the series help the aspiring, emerging and the established entrepreneurs. Programs can be presented as overview presentations (40 minutes to 1 hour), seminars and workshops.
